By using Orbit ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Orbit is a basketball player tracking app that allows you to follow players and view their statistics, game schedules, and scores. Data is sourced from third-party providers.

Free and Paid Tiers

• Free Tier: You may follow one player at no cost. Basic statistics, game schedules, and scores are included.
• Paid Subscription: Unlocks additional player follow slots and premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Payment is processed by Apple. We do not handle or store payment information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Accuracy of Data

Player statistics, game scores, and schedules are provided by third-party sports data APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Orbit is not affiliated with the NBA, NBL, FIBA, or any basketball league or team.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access our servers or data in unauthorized ways, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Orbit name, design, and original content are our property. Team logos, player images, and league branding belong to their respective owners and are displayed under fair use for informational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Orbit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate statistics, service interruptions, or subscription issues.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
